Open from NetDocuments, save back to the matter

An office action response draws on the application as filed, the cited art, the client's instructions and the last response. In most firms, all of it sits in the document management system, organized by matter, with the access rules the firm decided.
AI shortens the drafting. Then part of the time it saves goes into moving files: download from the DMS, upload to the tool, download the output, file it back in the matter, check which version is the right one. Every transfer is a step where a document can end up in the wrong place, or in two places at once.
For firms on NetDocuments, those steps are gone.
How it works
Open from the matter. A NetDocuments file picker inside DeepIP loads documents into a DeepIP matter. Each user signs in with their own NetDocuments account.
Draft. Work on the document in DeepIP, with the matter in front of you.
Save back. The result goes back to the matter in NetDocuments, as a new version of the original document. The matter file stays the file of record.

Availability
Available now for NetDocuments in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada. DeepIP switches the integration on for each firm. The firm's administrator then selects its NetDocuments region, and users sign in. Existing customers can ask their Customer Success Manager.
"Our customers keep their system of record. We help them connect to it, so the work gets better context and moves faster."
Alexandre Storelli, VP Engineering, DeepIP
